3. Booking Process
- Create a client account on our website.
- Complete your profile and add your pet's information.
- Select an available slot in the booking calendar.
- Confirm your booking and pay securely online by card through our payment provider.
A booking is considered definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment (or, where applicable, upon use of an available pack or credit). If payment is not completed, the booking is not confirmed and the reserved slot is released.
4. Pricing and Payment
Current prices are shown on the Services page and may be updated at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of booking.
Payment method: credit or debit card, processed through our secure online payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure platform and are never stored by Pawradise.
Payment is processed immediately at the time of booking. If payment fails or is not completed, the booking does not take effect.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by the Client
- More than 24 hours before the session: free cancellation from your account. Cancelling does not trigger a refund — instead, you receive a free credit for one session of the same type, valid for 12 months and usable for a future booking. If the session had been paid for with a pack, that session is restored to your pack instead of a new credit being issued.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: cancelling or rescheduling is no longer available from your account. If you have a justified reason, please contact us directly at hello@pawradise.lu or by phone at +352 691 244 087.
Cancellation by Pawradise
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive the same free session credit described above. If the cancellation is due to the trainer being unavailable — rather than at your own request — you may ask us for a refund of your payment instead of the credit; please get in touch by phone or email within 12 months of the cancellation (the same validity period as the credit) and we will arrange it. Where the original payment was made by card, the refund is typically issued directly back to that card through our payment provider.
Client No-Show
Any session for which the client does not attend without prior cancellation is considered completed and gives no right to a credit or refund.
6. Packs
- Packs are personal and non-transferable.
- Sessions included in a pack must be used within [validity period, e.g. 6 months] from the activation date.
- Unused sessions at pack expiry are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In case of cancellation, the session is automatically restored to the pack.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Luxembourg law of 2 April 2014 on consumer rights (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of entering into the contract.
Exception: if you expressly request that performance of the service begins before the withdrawal period expires (by booking a session within this period), you waive your right of withdrawal for services already performed, in accordance with Article L. 222-17 of the Luxembourg Consumer Code.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at: hello@pawradise.lu
8. Liability
Pawradise is committed to delivering its services with care and professionalism. Our liability cannot be engaged in cases of:
- Injury to an animal attributable to pre-existing behaviour not disclosed at the time of booking
- Force majeure circumstances
- Incorrect information provided by the client
We recommend that you hold civil liability insurance covering your pet.
9. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data in connection with these terms is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution in the first instance. Failing agreement, the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
